RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES


Return Policy (Books and Training Manuals)

You may return new, unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original, unopened product packaging. Please include delivery confirmation when shipping your return for proof of shipment. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks from the date your return package is received; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Please note that you will not receive a refund for your incurred return shipping expense.

No Refund Policy (Software/Download)

The purchase price for DOWNLOAD products (examples include, but are not limited to, Software Requirements Questions, and Requirements Fundamentals on-demand training course) is not refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to sales@requirementsquest.com and request your exchange. We’ll respond to you via e-mail with instructions for returning the faulty product. You will be required to return (ship back) the faulty product, and will receive a credit for any shipping expense incurred with appropriate proof of the expense such as a copy of your receipt.
