100% refund 10 or more calendar days prior to course Start Date; 75% refund 6 to 9 calendar days prior to course Start Date; 50% refund 1 to 5 days prior to course Start Date. No refund on cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to course Start Date, and no refunds on no-shows. Rescheduling

No fees are applied when notified 10 or more days prior to course Start Date; 5% rescheduling fee might be applied when notified 1 to 9 days prior to course Start Date; 10% rescheduling fee might be applied when notified less than 24 hours prior to course Start Date. Once an attendee is rescheduled, no refund will be given. The attendee may reschedule the originally purchased course up to 1 year (365 calendar days) from the Date of Purchase (no refund is given once the 1-year term expires). The attendee may also transfer the purchase to a substitute attendee. If a substitution is made, the substitute must reschedule the purchased course within 1 year (365 calendar days) from the original Date of Purchase (no refund is given once the 1-year term expires). The attendee (or substitute) must attend the course within 18 months from the original Date of Purchase. Beyond 18 months from Date of Purchase, the purchase is null and void, and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.

Substitution

Attendee may substitute another attendee up to 8:00 a.m. local time on course Start Date. Substitutions cannot be made once the course begins. See also Rescheduling if the substitute must reschedule.

If the registered attendee purchased a ā€˜course packageā€™ (where ā€˜course packageā€™ equals two or more courses purchased together as one shopping cart item), a substitute must attend the entire package of courses. That is, the ā€˜course packageā€™ cannot be divided among multiple attendees/substitutes.

If the registered attendee purchased multiple courses (2 or more purchased together) and received a volume discount, a substitute must attend all courses purchased. That is, the volume discount applies only when the same person attends 2 or more courses purchased together. If the original attendee cannot attend all courses purchased, the cancellation or rescheduling policies might apply.
